The clit seducer works by creating suction through the tube in the side of the jelly - if you gently suck on the tube you can very the suction produced. Many electric or manual pump devices don't include a quick-release mechanism to prevent excess suction being created (very painful and potentially dangerous), with the clit seducer you can maintain the suction level by putting your finger over the end of the tube but it can be released easily.
